Additionally to the standard marine recruitment activities, Baltimex provides management support and related services normally associated with the larger ship management companies. In recent years more than several hundred seafarers annually found jobs with Baltimex Szczecin. They are employed at various vessel types, in particular container, bulk, tanker vessels as well as at coasters and off-shore tugs .
In our computer database we have over several thousand personal files of seafarers of all ranks, who are fully certified in accordance with STCW 95 Convention

We assist to seamen:

• in job findings,
• with career counselling,
• before, during and after the contract of employment.

In year 2004, Baltimex was registered by The Ministry of Economy and Labour as:

• "Employment Agency" for Polish citizens working in Poland - certificate no. 431/1a
• "Employment Agency" for Polish citizens working abroad - certificate no. 431/1b
• "Personnel consultancy agency" - certificate no. 431/2
